When you request a claim review or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, insurance company and details about your loss, plus any photos or documents you choose to upload with the form. Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics tools also record basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, evaluate and work on your insurance claim, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to handle your claim (for example, with your insurance company once you've authorized us to represent you), with service providers that help us run this website and our business, or when required by law.
Uploaded photos and documents
Files you upload are sent to our team by email along with your request; the website itself does not keep a copy. Before sending, photos are resized and re-saved, which removes hidden details such as the location where a photo was taken. PDFs that contain scripts or embedded files are not accepted.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and form submissions are protected against spam. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
