Why a public adjuster?

We level the playing field.

A licensed public adjuster is an insurance claims professional who advocates for the home or business owner. We calculate your losses (what it will really cost to put you back to pre-loss condition) and negotiate with the insurance company until the claim is settled.

Don't go it alone. Unlike the adjuster your insurance company sends, we work for you.

FAQ

Questions we hear every day.

Don't see yours? Call us. We're happy to talk through your situation.

What is a public adjuster?

A public adjuster is a licensed insurance claims professional who represents the policyholder, not the insurance company. We read your policy, document and value your loss, and negotiate with your insurer on your behalf.

How is that different from the adjuster my insurance company sends?

The company adjuster works for the insurance carrier. We work only for you. Our job is to make sure every covered item of damage is found, documented and paid according to your policy.

How much does it cost?

Your initial claim review is free. If we take on your claim, our fee is a percentage of the settlement, explained in writing before you sign anything, so there's nothing out of pocket to get started.

Can you help if my claim was already denied or underpaid?

Often, yes. Denied, delayed and underpaid claims are a big part of what we do. Send us what you have (the denial letter or the insurer's estimate) and we'll tell you where things stand.

Do I have to have already filed a claim?

No. You can contact us before or after you file. Bringing us in early helps make sure the damage is documented correctly from the start.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Flowery Branch, Georgia, and help homeowners and business owners across Georgia, Tennessee and South Carolina.
